News: Apple testing iPhone 4G

Apple iPhone revealed evolution will continue. It is estimated that in 2010 Apple will launch a new generation iPhone, which is estimated to carry or 4G technology Long Term Evolution (LTE).

Apple rumored, is currently undergoing trials iPhone 4G. Rumors that developed in the United States (U.S.), states that Apple works with Verizon to test 4G networks.

Cooperation with Verizon is once again trying to rolling the other issues, in which Apple will cooperate with other operators outside of AT & T. Because of all this, AT & T is an operator that distributes the iPhone. Continue Reading »

News: New iPhone in the Wild, According to Usage Records

An app developer has found the identifier for an as-yet unreleased iPhone in its usage records, providing evidence that a new iPhone is under testing by Apple.

iPhone development company Pandav, which makes the iBart app, spotted the phone this month in stats provided to it by analytics firm Pinch Media. The usage logs for the first time showed a phone identified as “iPhone3,1?, even though the last iPhone, the 3GS, identifies itself as “iPhone2,1?.

Antivirus vendor Sophos discovered a new type of trojan lurking estimated multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), World of Worldcraft (WoW). Trojan called Troj / Agent-LVF has the ability to break user passwords WoW.

Release: Linux Mint 8 Released!

The team is proud to announce the stable release of Linux Mint 8, code name ‘Helena’. The 8th release of Linux Mint comes with numerous bug fixes and a lot of improvements. In particular, Linux Mint 8 comes with support for OEM installs, a brand new Upload Manager, the menu now allows you to configure custom places, the update manager now lets you define packages for which you don’t want to receive updates,the software manager now features multiple installation and removal of software and many of the tools’ graphical interfaces were enhanced.

Release: Mozilla Thunderbird 3.0 RC Released!

Mozilla has completed Thunderbird 3.0 Release Candidate (RC) to the public, explained the developer, the browser is capable of running on three operating systems as well as the Windows, Mac and Linux.

“Thunderbird 3.0 is intended as a public release is intended to get feedback from the public during the test and the developer community,” wrote Mozilla in his statement, quoted by PC World, Saturday (28/11/2009). Continue Reading »

This download contains a functioning image of a USB key loaded with ChromiumOS. In addition, It works with the Broadcom Wi-Fi adapter. It’s definitely not perfect (read: highly experimental, untested, unstable, yada yada…) but it does appear to function.
